Energy is impact. We’re all made up of energy, but unfortunately, we don’t always maximize that energy because we don’t have the proper habits established. As a result, we’re unable to experience what we’re truly capable of, and our needs aren’t being met.

In this workshop, Brittany, a nutrition coach who built and scaled her online coaching business over the past 27 years, will teach you why eating “healthy” might not be enough as an achiever, and how to maximize your energy so you can show up to your full potential in business, for your clients, and create a presence that attracts opportunities, people, and wealth to you.

One of the key topics covered in this workshop is understanding the connection between nutrition, energy levels, and productivity. While many of us know that what we eat affects our physical health, we often overlook the impact that our diet can have on our mental and emotional well-being. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to optimize your nutrition to support your energy levels, improve your focus and concentration, and boost your productivity.
