Trust The Process: Putting Faith in the Unknown

The journey towards financial freedom isn’t always easy. A lot of people come to Bali hoping to find themselves and become entrepreneurs. All they know is that they no longer want to live the life they had before, but they’re not always certain where they’re going or whether the direction they’re taking will actually work out.

Some people get paralysed by fear and overwhelm. Some run out of money and give up at the last minute, sometimes just before they find their thing or their business finally takes off. So they go back to what’s familiar and put their dreams aside for a false sense of safety and security.

But there is a smaller percentage of people who stay hopeful and take the leap anyway, doing whatever it takes to create a life that feels more aligned with who they are. This takes faith in yourself, trust in a higher power, courage, and resilience.

3.5 years ago I took that leap myself. I stepped into the unknown with no savings and no established business, on a one-way flight to Southeast Asia. I had a vague plan, but more than anything I was running away from a life that had caused me too much pain.

Fast forward to today, I’ve travelled to 10 countries in the span of 3,5 years, coached people through their own transformations, built my own offline coaching community, been paid to do public speaking, and started monetising content creation. I can truly say that I’ve achieved location,time,financial and emotional freedom.

None of this would’ve happened if I had given up when I hit roadblocks — when I lost all my income, when I lost my sense of purpose, when I felt completely overwhelmed by the idea of running my own business.

In this workshop I’ll share more about my journey and the lessons I learned along the way. There will be insights, reflections, and support activities to help you realise that you’re not alone in this. There are many of us figuring things out as we go, fighting our inner demons, and learning to trust the process.
